We work with your creditors.

Your creditors will receive a copy your approved IVA, which will tell them how much you can afford to pay. Your creditors will then vote on accepting the proposal. If at least 75% agree then your IVA will be accepted.

Acceptance – Your IVA is approved

Once your IVA is accepted you will receive a formal report confirming the details along with any changes that have been made. We will then arrange for you to start making your new, manageable monthly payment.
